I shop there about every 2weeks,....always on a weekend, and guaranteed the same woman and man are the cashiers, the man is behind the counter working small displays and the woman is cashiering and there are 5 to 6 people in line.
When she finally works it down to 2, THAN she turns to the man and asks him to open his register, where he waits on 1 person, and than closes it again.
Local hardware store. Everything you need for small things and small projects.
I'm shopping some where else for now on!!!!
This is the neighborhood resource for the bolt or screw you need! Friendly staff and full shelves. May be a tad more than at the big box stores but you also don't have to drive to get there! Shop local!
Save yourself some time and avoid this store. Terrible customer service, bad return policy, poor selection, and higher costs than other Ace Hardware stores.
