Cute little country style post office. Can get a bit crowded at peak hours but still, friendly and efficient postal clerks.
I was a loyal customer of usps for years, and now they've lost another would be faithful customer to their own OVERSIGHTS and INCOMPETENCE. UPS here I come, usps, FAIL. You have failed in Every sense of the world, and this is merely a sign of your impeding demise. If I could leave ZERO stars I would.
Small, friendly staff that get a lot done... Sure is better that going to Lynnwood and waiting for surly staff.
The older gentleman that works here is a really good guy. That being said, I'm NEVER using usps again or this location. Today, ONCE AGAIN my important package for work shows up, Without Enough Postage...is undeliverable, and I can't get in touch with ANYONE at usps. I now have to wait an extra day, pay $6 worth of postage, then fight with the sender after I've Already PAID it to release the package, otherwise it has to come all the way back to the sender for a correction before it's shipped Back to me...How usps ALLOWS people to print out shipping labels to locations Without Proper Postage, only to Not deliver the item and leave the customer with an additional bill is F**king MIND BLOWING.

Do not answer the phone, no voice mail, no nothing, all day. Wanted to get staffed hour, as I'm fairly sure they aren't open 24/7 like the listing says. When the USPS is only a memory, replaced by machines hopefully, inefficiencies like this place will be cited as vestiges of a past we clung to out of sentimentality.
Saved us $40 just by adjusting Package Sizes. Thanks
